Roles and Responsibilities
Project Coordinator
Responsibilities:
 Coordinate Failed Inspections with Field Operations and Construction Operations
 Upload Sewer Locate Cards to Click Ticket Management System
 Coordinate and implement improvements for Programs with a focus on Failed
 

Inspections.
 Providing administrative support to the program manager and other team
members
 Maintaining program documentation and records
 Coordinating meetings and communication between team members
 Handling inquiries and correspondence related to the program
 

Qualifications:
 High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or clerical training is
a plus
 Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office)
 Strong organizational and communication skills
 Attention to detail and ability to multitask
