Project Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Coordinate Failed Inspections with Field Operations and Construction Operations
Upload Sewer Locate Cards to Click Ticket Management System
Coordinate and implement improvements for Programs with a focus on Failed
Inspections.
Providing administrative support to the program manager and other team
members
Maintaining program documentation and records
Coordinating meetings and communication between team members
Handling inquiries and correspondence related to the program
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or clerical training is
a plus
Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
