Job Description:

  • A highly experienced Assistant Storekeeper with over 10 years of expertise often takes on leadership roles and is responsible for strategic planning and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to lift 75 pounds.
  • Lead and manage materials support teams and complex projects.
  • Set the strategic direction for materials support operations and customer service.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance materials efficiency.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in materials support processes and technologies.
  • Collaborate with senior management on long-term planning and investments.
  • Represent the organization in industry conferences and contribute to research and development.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff and support specialists.

Certifications:

  • Leadership and management certifications for senior roles.
  • Certifications in advanced supply chain management and logistics.
  • Continuing education in emerging material technologies and best practices.
  • Certified Forklift Operations.

Required PPE:

  • Role will consist of the use of a forklift.
  • This will require use of a hardhat, safety glasses, and work gloves.
