Title:  Associate Finance Consultant
Location: Solon, OH
Duration: 9 Months

 

Job Description:

Position Summary:

  • The position will be responsible for actively managing trade related deductions and activities related to trade deductions for the Client Professional business.
  • In this role you will be completing actions to clear exceptions related to trade deductions, while driving change within our customer base to improve accuracy of deductions. Objectives to bring transparency to deductions and achieve goals of improvements in customer behavior around deduction process.
  • You will work directly with the sales and sales finance co-pilots to drive change and action. You will be able to effectively collaborate and communicate across multiple functions throughout the organization to promote alignment to get results.
  • You will plan, prioritize, and lead your workload in an environment of significant priorities to support and guide timely and sound business decisions.
  • The role provides chances to lead projects and think strategically while dealing with business complexity.

Responsibilities:

  • Driver behind sales involvement within Exceedra platform
  • Working with all customers who are not compliant with deduction/payment process, Contract ID, format, Claimant, ineligible items, etc.
  • Completing updates in Exceedra for pending claims (aligning BBS and SF)
  • Being a guide and support for the sales team
  • Drive backup of deduction for management within TPM system

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
  • Proficiency in English
  • Work experience in accounting, financial or sales trade analysis

  • Resolve conflicts / discrepancies positively and expertly
  • Work independently in solving business issues and taking initiative
  • Partner with the customer / other functional teams to drive business results and meet deliverables
  • Utilize data to identify risks and opportunities and make recommendations
  • Communicate effectively and expertly in written and verbal form, including presentation skills
