Business Systems Analyst - Oracle, SQL and Maximo

• Experience with Oracle, SQL and Maximo is required, Experience with PowerBI is preferred but not required.
• This position will provide assistance to the Equipment Services Major Equipment Request process.
• With managing the process of incoming request, processing those request, and providing assistance for material slotting & requisitions.
• Experience with Oracle, SQL and Maximo is required.

• This position will also utilize Client systems such as STOMP (asset management), Maximo, Teams, and emails.
• The Systems Business Analyst is a seasoned professional responsible for understanding and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and assisting in the design and implementation of systems and applications to meet business objectives.

• Lead the gathering and documentation of detailed business requirements for system enhancements and projects. 
• Conduct in-depth system analysis, including process modeling and data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal system functionality and integration.
• Lead the preparation of comprehensive documentation, including process flowcharts, user guides, and system requirements specifications.
• Contribute to the development of advanced business systems analysis methodologies and best practices.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on business systems analysis projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in business systems analysis or a related role.
• Proficiency in business process modeling tools, requirements management software, and system analysis techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
