On-Site role

Job Description:

• This position will be In-Person.
• Work schedule: 7am-3:30pm M-F (At the manager’s discretion).
• The Drafter 2 position requires 2-5 years of drafting experience. 
• An associate’s degree in drafting and design is preferred. 

Job responsibilities:

• Include CAD drafting of transmission line centerline right-of-way, boundary, topographic, and land tie surveys. 
• This position will be responsible for interpreting and writing “metes and bounds” or “centerline” descriptions for assigned projects. 
• This position will support the survey field crews and office personnel by, but not limited to, researching existing survey and real estate records, contacting local and state agencies for right-of-way information, and transmitting completed projects.
