Job Description:

  • Work Location - Fremont, MI.
  • Work Schedule - FT / 2nd shfit, where start time anywhere from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.
  • Deliver consistent, accurate, and empathetic consumer support as the voice of the brand.
  • You manage consumer inquiries primarily through the phone channel ensuring high-quality, compliant interactions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Consumer Engagement & Service Delivery:

  • Handle primarily phone-based consumer interactions with flexibility to support ratings/reviews and other channels.
  • Resolve standard consumer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
  • Execute eCommerce transactions and support promotional initiatives.
  • Support all brands within the scope of Client Nutrition CES.

Brand Representation & Consumer Experience:

  • Provide product and nutrition guidance using approved resources.
  • Deliver personalized solutions that drive first-contact resolution and satisfaction.
  • Foster consumer loyalty while driving sales and market share through exceptional customer service, expert advice, nutrition and product education.

Operational Execution:

  • Process consumer contacts accurately using CRM systems and product information tools.
  • Operate within defined processes, scripts, and escalation paths.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Process quality incidents in accordance with FDA and client requirements.
  • Adhere to data privacy and regulatory standards in all interactions.
  • Follow all compliance, privacy, and quality standards.

Flexibility & Team Contribution:

  • Operate effectively in a multi-channel, 24/7 environment, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing learning.
  • Support team goals through collaboration, and continuous improvement efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Active listening and empathy skills.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer and system proficiency.
  • Ability to follow processes and apply training consistently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to use judgement and problem solve to resolve issues efficiently and escalate appropriately when needed.
  • Ability to adjust quickly to process, system, and business changes.
