Title: Demand and Supply Planning Analyst
Location: GLOBE ISIT NA St. Louis, MO
Duration: 18 months

Description:

  • DSP Analyst (Demand and Supply Planning). Hoping to find someone who has a breadth of knowledge with manufacturing. Much like the rest of the super-user network, this is a support area position fielding calls off a call line, monitoring email mailbox, and looking for issues end users have (could be with phone calls, meetings, or email replies). Could be a training type request, a user wanting to do something in the system that they haven’t done in a while and need assistance on how to, could be a software bug that needs to be escalated to the IT group. Could be a time when they have to work on a project to set up stuff in the system data-wise also. Mostly support with occasional projects.
  • Doesn’t need to be specific to demand-supply planning or manufacturing. Material lifecycle falls in with demand/supply planning, production planning, and scheduling experience works as well. Might not have hands-on knowledge but if you know planning you know what goes into production and vis versa.
  • Consumer Packaged Good experience preferred size of the network worked with in the past, one factory sending products to another location for them to fulfill the order, questions around how they fulfilled the order. What did the manufacturing and distribution network look like? Working with 100 locations versus 2 locations. More about customer service experience and helping end users solve problems.
