- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, release management, systems engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working closely with software developers and IT operations teams.
- Knowledge of automation tools used for process automation and software testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
