Job Description:
- 3-5+ years of experience in apparel and accessories production or product development.
- Diverse market experience across various apparel segments including men's, juniors, and children's wear.
- Strong skills in cost negotiation with vendors and product engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Product Development, Textile Science, Fashion Design, or a related field (Preferred).
- Music merchandise production experience is a plus.
- Assist in executing merchandise needs for artist-specific e-commerce and touring campaigns.
- Manage timelines and schedules across cross-functional teams.
- Negotiate and cost-engineer products to meet retail targets and margins.
- Assist in overseeing pre-production timelines and compliance with product specifications.
- Assist with managing supplier relationships and product integrity throughout the development process.
