Infrastructure Automation Engineer

Job Description:

• This role will be hybrid. You will need to report to the GPC HQ or APC HQ 2-4 days per week.
• The Infrastructure Automation Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that improve the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of Client's IT infrastructure.
• This role focuses on automating the provisioning and lifecycle management of servers, storage, networking, and virtualization platforms across VMware, Hyper-V, and physical environments using technologies such as Ansible, Terraform, Python, PowerShell, and Git-based workflows
• In addition to building and maintaining automation frameworks, the engineer serves as a technical leader and champion for infrastructure automation across the organization.
• The role collaborates with stakeholders to deliver standardized, enterprise-wide solutions, develops reusable automation assets and best practices, integrates automation with operational processes, and mentors peers to accelerate adoption of modern infrastructure and DevOps capabilities while reducing manual effort and improving operational consistency.
