On-Site role
Job Description:
- We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to support our merchandise operations by ensuring accurate inventory counts, compliance with packing and labeling standards, and on-time processing in coordination with our third-party warehouse.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and experience in warehouse receiving and inventory management.
Responsibilities:
- Track and report on inventory accuracy, stock levels, and receiving status to internal teams.
- Assist in resolving inventory variances by reconciling warehouse reports with internal inventory data.
- Support cycle counts and periodic inventory reconciliations as needed.
- Conduct inventory audits to verify quantities received against packing lists and system records.
- Ensure merchandise is properly labeled, packed, and organized according to company compliance standards.
- Work with warehouse partners to ensure all received inventory is systemically ingested and available for fulfillment in a timely manner.
- Verify and ensure correct SKU labeling and barcoding to avoid discrepancies in inventory management systems.
- Escalate any discrepancies, damages, or non-compliance issues to the Operations Manager for resolution.

Experience:
- 1–3 years of inventory management or logistics experience (merchandise or retail industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of inventory control processes and SKU tracking.
- Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed during inventory tasks.
- Occasional overtime based on inventory demands.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
