Lab Technician

On-Site role

Job Description:

• Work Location - Marysville, OH
• Work Schedule - FT, M-F

Overall objective/accountability:

• Perform routine general chemistry analyses and sample preparations per Client or official methodologies.
• Support administrative tasks and Good Laboratory Practices checks performed.

Main tasks/responsibilities:

• Receive, process and track analytical sample requests.
• Communicate with project managers to obtain necessary information.
• Coordinate analyses with other Analytical Section analysts.
• Perform routine in-house chemical and physical testing.
• Monitor and maintain basic analytical equipment.
• Maintain the laboratory in a safe, clean environment.
• Accurately document analytical analysis.
• Comply with Client Integrated Management System and all other company policies and procedures.

Education and Experience:

• Associate degree or B.S. in a Science related field with one year related experience or High School Diploma (or GED) with three years related experience.

Specific requirements:

• Excellent planning and organization skills.
• Ability to accurately perform analytical procedures and administrative tasks.
• Good communication skills.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
