Laboratory Technician

WORK LOCATION - Marysville, OH
WORK SCHEDULE - FT M-F

Description:

POSTION:
Support Science & Analytical projects by performing routine analytical testing, sample preparation, and general laboratory support activities using established methods and  Good Laboratory Practices.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sample Management:
Receive, process, track, prepare, ship, dispose analytical sample requests
Routine Analysis
Perform routine chemical and physical testing on food grade samples
Planning & Communication
Communicate and coordinate with PMs, scientists, lab members to  organize weekly workload

Data & Documentation:
Record results accurately, enter system data,  and generate routine reports

Safety & Compliance:
Maintain the laboratory in a safe, clean environment and comply with company policies and procedures

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
•Associate degree or B.S. in a Science related field with one  year related experience or
High School Diploma or GED with three years related experience
