On-Site role

Job Description:

• 10+ years of related experience.
• Lineman Experience is a must.
• 4-year technical degree or equivalent with additional certifications in inspection strategy & methodologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead inspection activities, ensuring the highest standards of compliance and safety across company operations.
• Oversee and guide inspection teams.
• Engage with stakeholders on inspection findings and recommended actions.
• Design and implement inspection procedures for enhanced accuracy.
• Mentor & lead teams of junior inspectors and ensure they are well-trained.
• Drive initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in inspection practices.

SKILL SETS & EXPERTISE:

• Extensive inspection experience with leadership roles.
