Back to search resultsAs an Operations Logistics Associate supporting manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for understanding and adhering to all warehouse processes, maintaining inventory integrity, driving operational process improvements related to kitting and lineside delivery, and executing milk-run preparation and logistics activities to support a seamless production environment and excellent customer experience.
Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Execute all warehouse material flow processes from receiving docks to production and shipping areas using various transport methods, including forklifts and manual handling.
- Utilize warehouse management and inventory systems to input, retrieve, and track inventory and parts data.
- Process material movements throughout the warehouse while maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Assess material requirements for assigned production areas and pull materials according to production schedules.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies through physical verification and system-based investigation.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety standards, including PPE requirements and workplace safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment following 5S principles.
- Demonstrate initiative and a results-driven approach to daily operations.
- Uncrate critical components required for general assembly operations.
- Support indirect material storage and inventory needs for key stakeholders across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of parts to general assembly and base operations customers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 6–8 years of warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or inventory management experience.
- User-level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and other material-handling machinery.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and a proactive, "get-it-done" attitude.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with warehouse and production teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Additional Requirements
- Must successfully pass a background check.
- Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
- Must pass a drug screening.
