Job Description:
Daily task:
- Inspect, clean wafers during the QC process.
- Attach components/parts onto SA wafers.
- Test wafers follow the Work Instructions.
- Assist Engineering team to build prototype products.
- Inspect small components/parts under microscope.
- Can work and handle small hand helds tool like DVM.
- Computer knowledge (use MS office like Excel, MS Word).
- Can soldering small components onto PCB.
- Can handle clean room chemical (IPA, DI water, acetone).
- Ability to work independently on complex problems.
