Job Description:
- Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Scheduling solutions for the U.S. and Canada.
- The ideal candidate will focus on optimizing business processes and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functional excellence.
- This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, functional knowledge, and strategic thinking to deliver impactful results in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
Required Skills:
- The candidate must have strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Scheduling implementations.
- Experience in Absence Management and Core HR is required (mandatory), while Fast Formulas experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- The Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Scheduling Functional Lead will lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Scheduling solutions to improve workforce management processes.
- The role involves overseeing the integration of Oracle Cloud HCM with existing systems to ensure seamless functionality and accurate data flow.
- The candidate will provide expert guidance on best practices for Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Scheduling to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to identify and address system requirements and business challenges.
- Additional responsibilities include analyzing business processes, recommending improvements aligned with Oracle Cloud HCM capabilities, and developing and maintaining documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
- The role also requires conducting workshops and training sessions to enable end users to effectively utilize Oracle Cloud Workforce Scheduling functionalities.
Additional Information / Qualifications:
- The candidate should possess a strong background in Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management with proven implementation experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required to evaluate complex business processes and system data.
- Proficiency in system integration and data management techniques is expected.
- The role also requires experience conducting user training and workshops for Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- The candidate should stay current with Oracle Cloud HCM features, updates, and industry trends.
