Job Description:

  • This team gives client a single, real-time, cross-functional view of supply chain performance across Planning, Logistics, Procurement and Manufacturing.
  • Its work spans four areas: disruption response, early warning, operational efficiency, and AI experimentation.
  • You will cover operations, strategy and execution across all four areas.
  • You will support disruption response rather than run it, guiding the team and escalating to leadership when needed.
  • Your first mandate is to turn how the supply chain really works into clear, data-backed process models that shape the design of new capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process modeling: Lead end-to-end modeling for priority supply chain use cases, starting with OTIF monitoring, forecast revenue vs. target, supply disruption management and inventory management.
  • Process mining: Use ERP and planning system event data to show how processes actually run, where they stall and where they vary from the design.
  • Process maps: Build current-state and future-state maps (BPMN, swimlanes, SIPOC) with clear handoffs, decision points, owners, triggers and thresholds.
  • Discovery workshops: Facilitate sessions with Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Sourcing, Manufacturing and IT, and turn the findings into requirements, RACI and playbooks.
  • Partner management: Manage any outside process modeling partner against scope, quality and timeline.
  • Program management: Plan and track programs and new use cases, including scope, milestones, dependencies, issues and status reporting.
  • Stakeholder alignment: Align stakeholders from individual SMEs to VPs. Drive decisions, resolve conflicts and secure sign-off on designs and deliverables.
  • Operational support: Support disruption response and KPI exception follow-up, and escalate cross-functional issues to leadership.
  • Continuous improvement: Capture lessons learned after every event and feed them back into processes, playbooks and the roadmap.
  • Systems partnership: Work with IT and data owners so process designs are translated correctly into systems, dashboards and data feeds.

Skills:
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, PMP or PgMP, APICS/ASCM CSCP or CPIM, or a Celonis or other process mining certification.
  • Advanced degree: MBA or master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations or Engineering.
  • Industry: Experience in semiconductors, data storage or high-tech manufacturing.
  • Transformation: Experience building a supply chain control tower or end-to-end supply chain visibility program.
  • Systems: Familiarity with SAP, advanced planning systems and supply chain visibility platforms.
  • Innovation: Interest in applying AI and automation to supply chain processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 15+ years of program management, including complex, cross-functional programs in a global company.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business or a related field.
  • Supply chain expertise: Strong end-to-end knowledge of planning, procurement and sourcing, manufacturing, logistics and inventory.
  • Process modeling: Hands-on experience with BPMN 2.0, value stream mapping and SIPOC, using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio or ARIS.
  • Process mining: Experience with tools such as Celonis, SAP Signavio Process Intelligence or UiPath Process Mining.
  • Stakeholder alignment: Able to influence without authority, facilitate workshops, and get senior leaders to agree and commit.
  • Communication: Clear, concise writer and presenter, comfortable briefing executives and writing BRDs, playbooks and status reports.
  • Mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity in a start-up setting inside a large company, with a bias to action and follow-through

Education:

  • MBA is highly preferred, they'll look at Bachelor's candidates.
