Job Description:
- A Project Analyst with 5 to 10 years of experience is responsible to support the project team through each project's life.
- Degree in business, administration, or a related field required.
- Knowledgeable in the phases of the gated project management process.
- Strong computer skills and experience with relevant software programs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Updating the estimate log with assignments of estimates, conceptual designs, and other deliverables requested by project stakeholders.
- Creation and ongoing maintenance of processes for onboarding, metrics, development of deliverables, and others.
- Creating / Updating Contractor Work authorizations.
- Contractor Invoice Reconciliation.
- Review of account allocations and coordination of Team Leader approval.
