Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with experience in the financial domain to join our dynamic team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within our organization, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
  • The Project Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, technology, operations, and compliance, to drive project success and deliver value to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Execute project plans efficiently, monitoring progress and ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
  • Identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to project delivery.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and team members, to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and key deliverables.
  • Address stakeholder concerns and proactively manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, leveraging team strengths to optimize project outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, facilitating problem-solving and decision-making as needed.
  • Utilize financial domain expertise to analyze project budgets, expenditures, and financial performance.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts, monitor project costs, and identify areas for cost optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards and client requirements.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to safeguard project outcomes.
  • Monitor project risks and issues, taking proactive measures to address challenges and minimize their impact on project success.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the financial domain, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial concepts, products, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset, with proficiency in financial analysis, budget management, and risk assessment.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
