Job Description
The COO team within Wealth & Investment Management Technology (WIMT) drives the strategic agenda for the COO and CIO of WMT, and we are in search of a talented and eager Associate to join our team.
As an Associate in the WIMT Strategy team, you will work alongside members of the COO organization and Senior Leadership across our divisions to put together analyses and presentations for key strategic questions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and create Senior Leadership presentations
- Analyze large data sets to deliver insights to leadership
- Manage key strategic projects
- Coordinate town halls and large leadership meetings
The candidate should be flexible, highly adaptable to a constantly changing environment, and an excellent team player. The candidate should expect to work in a global virtual team that spans across multiple time zones. The candidate will be asked to juggle multiple ad hoc requests in addition to the BAU aspects of the role. The candidate will be required to take ownership and accountability of key deliverables.
Skills Required
- 1–5 years of experience in Management Consulting and/or an Internal Strategy group within the Financial Services industry
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to be flexible with ever-changing prioritization
- Demonstrated ability to create concise management presentations
- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
- Thorough attention to detail and precision

- Excellent written/verbal communication skills and presentation-making skills
- Project management skills

- 1–5 years of experience in Management Consulting and/or an Internal Strategy group within a large enterprise-level organization
- Ability to be flexible with ever-changing prioritization
- Demonstrated ability to create concise management presentations
- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
- Very strong Excel skills – ability to work with numbers in Excel, analyze what’s going on, and make recommendations
- Run a lot of events for Wealth and Investment Management units – high executive function
- Thorough attention to detail and precision
- Has the obsession to do the job right, someone who understands the importance of doing the job right
- Executive presence
- A lot of admin work – booking conference rooms, owning meetings, etc.
- Understand the difference between quality work and getting the task done
- Appreciation for high-quality work
