Role Overview:
This Project is the Client’s enterprise Data & AI platform and enablement program, supporting a large and rapidly growing portfolio of use cases and platform initiatives.
The Project / Program Manager will drive execution, coordination, and delivery discipline across multiple workstreams in a highly dynamic, cross-functional environment. This role requires a strong program leader who can manage complexity, drive alignment, and provide clear visibility to leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Execution & Delivery

Drive end-to-end execution across a portfolio of projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment to program priorities and timelines

Define and enforce clear ownership, milestones, and deliverables across cross-functional teams

Proactively identify and manage dependencies, risks, and execution gaps, driving timely resolution

Support ongoing prioritization as new workstreams and requests are introduced into the program
Jira Governance & Delivery Tracking

Establish and enforce consistent Jira usage for epics, stories, and milestone tracking across all workstreams

Maintain backlog integrity, ensuring work is properly defined, sequenced, and aligned to delivery plans

Drive regular cadence for backlog refinement, sprint alignment, and execution tracking

Provide clear visibility into progress, including status, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery health
Cross-Functional & Global Coordination

Coordinate execution across distributed teams in the US, EMEA, and APAC to ensure alignment and continuity

Lead core program cadences (interlocks, execution reviews, and task triage) to maintain momentum and alignment

Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership

Escalate and resolve blockers that impact delivery timelines or cross-team dependencies
Program Operations & Executive Communication

Develop executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and program updates for senior leadership

Provide concise, management-by-exception reporting on program status, key risks, and required decisions

Maintain RAID logs, action tracking, and overall program governance processes

Support intake and prioritization of new initiatives, ensuring alignment with capacity and delivery plans

Drive adherence to program standards, ensuring consistency in execution, reporting, and tracking

Translate complex technical progress into clear, business-relevant insights for leadership consumption

Act as a Product Owner when needed, serving as a liaison between business, engineering, and IT teams
Required Qualifications:
-
15+ years of Project / Program Management experience, delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives at scale

Proven experience managing AI, data platform, or large-scale enterprise technology programs

Strong proficiency in Jira, including backlog management, epic/story structuring, reporting, and governance

Demonstrated experience driving program execution discipline, including dependency management and RAID tracking

Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment with evolving priorities and ambiguity

Experience supporting globally distributed teams across US, EMEA, and APAC
-
Advanced expertise in executive communication, including presentations and leadership reporting
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in enterprise AI or digital transformation programs

Familiarity with data platforms, cloud environments, and AI/ML ecosystems
-
Experience operating within a large-scale PMO managing complex portfolios
-
Experience acting as a Product Owner, translating business needs into execution-ready work
