On-Site role

Job Description:

• We have an immediate need to bring on a QA automation lead who will be responsible for delegating tasks and guiding team members to successfully implement the automation efforts for a project developed by another team.
• The role will be remote initially however the candidate needs to report to office in Cleveland, OH after March 2026 to the clients HQ.

Job Requirements:

• >7 years of experience in QA testing with Team management experience.
• Engage in a highly collaborative team environment including business partners and product owners.
• Communicate and coordinate testing tasks amongst team members and effectively communicate and manage teams QA efforts.
• Well-versed in all testing methodologies (functional, black box, white box, system, functional, exploratory and automated testing using Selenium).
• Proven experience building high quality and comprehensive test plans and test cases custom software.
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipeline.
• Experience with the following software - Jira, Confluence, Jenkins.
