Job Description:

• As a Contract University Recruiter, you will partner with both hiring managers and our core university partners to support university recruitment experience. 
• You will be a key partner to help identify and hire university talent for Client.

Recruitment:
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Full life-cycle recruitment for new college graduates and interns across multiple functions, including: building the talent pipeline, interviews, and offers.
• Developing strong university partnerships to proactively build a pipeline of new college grads and interns for existing and future needs of the organization.
• Promoting our client brand throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Communicate fearlessly to build trust; you will bring a strong perspective that inspires and motivates hiring partners and candidates.
• Collaborate amongst teammates and cross functional teams to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
• Ability to travel domestically, during peak recruiting cycles.
• Support recruitment programs which help define and provide a comprehensive university experience.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to define an all-encompassing candidate experience.
• Developing presentations and reports.

Skills:    

• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated relevant experience, previous experience in university/campus recruiting preferred.
• Creative, self-motivated, self-learner with superior teamwork skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work on the resolution of any issue and to interact with various interdepartmental engineering and support organizations.
• Demonstrated project driving skills, capable of managing projects with set milestones and timeline.
• Ability to execute with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and past ATS experience required.

Education:    

• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated relevant experience, previous experience in university/campus recruiting preferred.
