Job Description:

• The Associate, After Sales Center Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, refurbishing, and quality-checking coffee machine household appliances.
• This role supports operational excellence by ensuring repairs are completed efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with quality standards.
• The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to develop technical troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain coffee machine household appliances.
• Learn and apply electrical, mechanical, and fluidic system fundamentals.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure repaired products meet company standards.
• Document repairs, parts usage, quality findings, and inventory transactions.
• Support inventory management, including shipping, receiving, stock organization, and parts control.
• Clean, test, and package repaired products before shipment.
• Review product failures and identify opportunities for quality and process improvements.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality management processes.
• Collaborate with technicians, quality teams, customer support teams, and management to resolve product issues.

Qualifications
Education:

• High School Diploma.
• Technical certification in Electronics, Mechanics, Appliance Repair, or a related field is a plus.

Experience:

• Entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Prior experience in appliance repair, electronics repair, technical support, quality control, manufacturing, maintenance, or related hands-on technical environments is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting mindset.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions, schematics, wiring diagrams, and repair documentation is preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
