Job Description:

  • The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) will be working with a top pharmaceutical customer in the clinical domain.
  • The BRM will make sure that ongoing engagements are successful and establish new relationships in the broader portfolio.
  • The BRM role will have both sales and delivery responsibilities within the defined scope.
  • The Business Relationship Manager will bring in-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical R&D processes. The BRM will be responsible for sales and revenue growth for the account.
  • He/she will build and maintain a strong relationship with Clinical R&D (Data Management, BioStats, Regulatory) executives and their leadership.
  • A good understanding of Clinical Data Management, Bio Stats, and Regulatory functions is a must.
  • Must have proven sales experience working with top pharmaceutical customers in the US.
  • In the role, the BRM will be supported by the Delivery Project Manager(s) and PMO for any operational aspects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities of growth in the account and lead account strategy and planning.
  • Work closely with the account Client Partner and Practice teams to progress opportunities.
  • Ensure team is meeting delivery commitment by working with onsite or offshore leads.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of relationships and explore new opportunities and customer connections in similar areas.
  • Explore opportunities to cross / up-sell, ensure timely resolution of key escalations/concerns from customers, and put in place mitigation plans
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the customer organization and drive penetration across commercial and technology functions.
  • Regularly monitor trends, and market dynamics and incorporate them into existing account strategy and plan.
  • Accurately plan and forecast TCV and revenue to achieve targets.
  • Working on Sales pursuits for multiple customers
  • Proactive Solution offering design and build with team
  • Managing all the stakeholders (customer, Vendor management, Salesforce) for alignment
  • Envisage and create an industry solution led roadmap for practice
  • Co-ordinate with teams in a different time zone in onsite-offshore

Skills Required:

  • Overall, 8-12 Years of IT Experience
  • 5+ Years of experience in Salesforce Implementation with hands-on Salesforce Experience
  • 2+ years in CX Consulting working with Customers identifying and solving business problems
  • At least 1 Telecom or Media transformation program experience with an in-depth understanding of Industry domain and Trends. Good understanding of telecom/ media ecosystem applications
  • Ability to manage a diverse team and project stakeholders (Customer & Vendor management, Salesforce)
  • Experience in working with a team based in multiple time zones
  • Innovation Mindset
  • 8-12 Years overall with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Implementation Projects CRM/CX Consulting & Transformation
  • Experience (Preferably SFDC)
  • Telecom or Media industry domain experience
  • Ability to manage stakeholders
  • Salesforce Certified
