SEC Reporting Manager IV

Hybrid role - 3 days Onsite and 2 days Remote

Job Description:

• This role will be responsible for our quarterly filings on Form 10-Q/10-K with the SEC, including preparing of financial statements, Notes, MD&A.  
• It also includes overseeing our accounting for the company's capital structure (debt and equity).  
• It will also prepare the statement of cash flows.  
• It will also prepare the Form 8-K for the quaterly earnings release and related investor presentation materials.

Skills:

• Experience preparing and filing Forms 10-Q/10-K with the SEC through EDGAR.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Strong experience using Workiva.
• Strong knowledge of accounting for stock-based compensation.
• Ability to prepare a statement of cash flows.
• Ability to coordinate deliverables across multiple functions outside finance.
• Year of experience: 7-10 years.

Educational Background:  

• B.S. with concentration in accounting

Certifications:

• CPA
