Over the years, Denken Solutions has acquired several U.S. based companies to expand our staffing services across multiple industries:

• Jan 2020: Denken acquired Sophlogic Global LLC to expand into light industrial staffing
• Dec 2020: MedCadre Inc. to strengthen healthcare staffing services
• Acquisition of Apeiro Technologies (2021) and acquisition of ActiveTek, Valiantica Inc, The Ashlar group LLC in 2024 as part of our continued expansion in technology staffing.

These companies operated legally in various U.S. states and were later moved to California to centralize operations.

Denken Solutions sponsors work visas only when required for certain IT positions. Many of our divisions, including several in IT, do not involve any visa sponsorship and have placed over 1000 US citizens nationwide.

Since our founding in 2010, we have been audited and reviewed by federal and state agencies multiple times with no compliance issues. We file visa petitions only when an employee has a confirmed client assignment and follow all regulations.
