Technology Delivery Management Profile:

• Responsible for program management, project management, and execution leadership for initiatives within MSWM.
• Manages the complete lifecycle of programs and projects.
• Works with business teams to create project plans, define scope, secure funding, and execute projects with development teams.
• Handles project management through Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Facilitates cross-team coordination to remove project impediments.

Position Description:

• Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support multiple projects and initiatives.
• Requires strong Scrum Master skills and stakeholder management abilities.
• Supports Wealth Management technology projects and business initiatives.
• Works with development teams and support teams to ensure efficient planning and execution.
• Combines both business and technical responsibilities.
• Requires strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Demands active participation, strong work ethic, and ability to collaborate globally.
• Reports to the Fleet Delivery Lead.
• Works with Dev, QA, PM, and BA teams across global Client offices.
• Responsible for program delivery, execution, and support for business reporting applications.
• Must work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Should manage multiple initiatives across global teams.
• Should be able to extract, explore, and analyze data to solve business problems and document data flow.

Responsibilities & Skills Required:

• Minimum 7+ years of program and project management experience.
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Proven success leading enterprise-wide programs and projects.
• Strong Scrum Master delivery experience.
• Strong business acumen and technical competency.
• Ability to bridge technology and business needs.

Manage:

• Business requirements elaboration.
• Systems analysis.
• Process flow analysis.
• Milestones and deliverables.
• Support Agile PDLC through business analysis, process, and change leadership.
• Develop and improve application development standards and processes.
• Provide best-practice recommendations to management.
• Build program and project status reporting.

Provide portfolio visibility on:

• Issues.
• Risks.
• Operational strategies.
• Conduct project/program audits.
• Maintain a shared knowledge base for team accessibility.
• Ensure project-related information is accessible to stakeholders.

Communicate proactively with management to optimize:

• Business operations.
• Resources.
• Capacity.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts to meet deadlines.
• Experience with Agile lifecycle tools such as JIRA.
• Identify opportunities and make strategic recommendations.

Expertise in:

• Microsoft Project.
• Access.
• Word.
• Excel.
• Visio.
• SharePoint.
• Hands-on project management with proven execution success.
• Lead stakeholder meetings.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Financial Services technology projects.
• Knowledge of Wealth Management and Banking Technology.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
