Job Description:
- 10 + Years Assists in the planning, development, implementation, communication and maintenance of quality management systems.
- Monitors and tests product quality, ensures compliance with standards and identifies issues and recommends solutions.
- 5+ years in QA engineering with strong emphasis on automation and non-functional testing.
- Demonstrated experience with performance testing tools.
- Experience testing AI/ML systems (prompt workflows, model endpoints, retrieval systems, ranking, evaluation pipelines)
- Strong experience building automated regression suites using one or more: Playwright/Cypress/Selenium (UI as needed)
- REST-assured/Postman/Newman (API) pytest/JUnit/TestNG-based frameworks (or equivalent)
- Ability to write and maintain test code in at least one language: Java, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or C#.
- Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
- Strong defect isolation skills; able to distinguish test issues vs product issues and provide actionable detail .
- Excellent communication: can translate findings into clear risks and recommendations.
