The Store Associate role is responsible for demonstrating exceptional customer service and sales skills on a regular basis. Master product knowledge and serve as a key team member as you assist customers and share your wide range of product knowledge with the community.
This position is required to effectively manage and oversee customer service, point-of-sale transactions, inventory maintenance, and merchandising. This position is structured for an action-oriented individual who leads by example and can spend extended periods of time walking and standing.
This position reports directly to the Store Manager who will provide guidance and direction for all Store Associate activity.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
• Customer Service
• Processing customer transactions
• Loading customer purchases
• Load customers correctly
• Merchandising and maintaining store standards
• Accurate inventory management
• Stock products and maintain store cleanliness
• Process cash out procedure when necessary
• Other duties may be assigned by Store Manager as necessary

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Experience
• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work with general direction and minimal guidance
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Ability to Lift 50 pounds
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
