Job Description:

  • Supply Chain Digital Integration Lead.
  • Location: Hayward CA (Clawiter).
  • The Supply Chain Digital Integration Lead will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives across the supply chain ecosystem, with an immediate focus on leading the implementation of EDI capabilities across approximately 25 suppliers.
  • This role will serve as the primary liaison between Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, Manufacturing, IT, Accounting, and external partners to ensure seamless integration of business processes, systems, and data.
  • Beyond EDI implementation, this individual will play a strategic role in designing scalable business processes, defining system requirements, improving supply chain visibility, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • The ideal candidate combines deep supply chain knowledge, systems integration expertise, and strong analytical capabilities to translate business needs into effective digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain Digital Transformation.
  • Lead strategic supply chain integration initiatives that improve automation, visibility, traceability, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and execute the roadmap for supplier digital connectivity and process standardization.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on supply chain systems, integrations, and digital capabilities.
  • EDI Program Leadership.
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of EDI capabilities across different suppliers.
  • Perform EDI testing, validation, issue resolution, and production deployment activities.
  • Develop implementation strategies, project plans, governance structures, and deployment schedules.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful supplier onboarding and integration.
  • Establish supplier compliance metrics and continuous improvement programs.
  • Business Process & System Design.
  • Analyze end-to-end supply chain business processes and design scalable system solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into system capabilities and integration requirements.
  • Lead process mapping, solution design workshops, and future-state process development.
  • Define system architecture requirements from a business perspective, ensuring alignment between operational needs and technology capabilities.
  • Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements leveraging SAP, Ariba, EDI, automation, and analytics solutions.
  • Enterprise Systems Integration.
  • Develop expertise and governance around the interaction between:
  • SAP S/4HANA.
  • SAP EWM.
  • SAP Ariba.
  • SAP TM.
  • EDI Platforms.
  • Supplier Portals.
  • Transportation and Logistics Systems.
  • Manufacturing and Traceability Systems.
  • Lead cross-functional integration efforts across multiple platforms and business functions.

Stakeholder Management & Leadership:

  • Influence senior business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities and solutions.
  • Design data models and business intelligence solutions that support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with data engineering, business systems, and operational teams to improve data availability and quality.
  • Develop KPI frameworks for supplier performance, inventory health, logistics execution, and supply chain reliability.
  • Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across supply chain functions.
  • Lead workshops, steering committees, and executive updates.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to building organizational capabilities in systems and digital transformation.
  • Manage external consultants, vendors, and implementation partners when required.

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Operations, or related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations Systems, ERP implementations, Digital Transformation, or Systems Integration roles.
  • 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects involving enterprise systems and business process transformation.
  • Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and supply chain processes including Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehousing, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
  • Experience leading EDI implementations and supplier onboarding initiatives.
  • Experience designing business processes and translating operational requirements into system solutions.
  • Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, reporting tools, and dashboard development.
  • Experience with integration platforms, middleware solutions, APIs, and enterprise architecture.
