Job Description:
- Position will be hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote).
- 1-3 Years: Manage and maintain the company's digital systems, including servers, databases, and cloud-based platforms.
- Ensure the availability, integrity, and security of digital assets and data.
- Deploy and configure software applications and updates as needed.
- Monitor software licenses and compliance.
- Provide technical support to end-users, assisting them with digital tools and troubleshooting issues.
- Assist with user account management and access control.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect digital assets from threats and vulnerabilities.
- Monitor for security breaches and take appropriate action.
- Oversee data backup and recovery procedures.
- Manage data storage solutions efficiently.
- Maintain detailed documentation of digital systems, configurations, and procedures.
- Keep records of software licenses and hardware inventory.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their technology needs and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with IT professionals and vendors for system upgrades.
