Technical Parts Validation & Data Entry

Job Description:

• Work Location : Anderson , IN
• WOrk schdule : M-F 8am - 4:30pm

Position Summary:

• Roles will include data entry into Client systems for manufacturing part updates and Excel workbook updates. 
• This job will require long hours of standing, bending, and kneeling to access parts in varying temperature work environments.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Part Validation: ability to inspect physical part and be able to 1) properly categorize the part and 2) identify manufacturer, manufacturer part number, sales order, etc. based on information printed on the part
• Data Entry: updating various fields on material records in SpareTech, a 3rd party tool Client has invested in, with improved descriptions and details aligned with the standard structure outlined by the project team.

Educations/Requirements/Skills:

• High School Graduate.
• At least 1 year experience with a role in MRO (Technical Stores Attendant, Technical Stores Supervisor [preferred for FTE travel roles], or other based on job requirements above)
• Microsoft Excel experience.
