Role: WIFI Network Engineer
Work location: Bay Area (Onsite)

1. Able to explain in depth about the wireless client association, authentication and roaming concepts including but not limited to 802.11k/v/r, 802.11 standards, data-rates co-relation with MCS and wireless customer experience.
2. Experience with troubleshooting wireless client related issues and quickly identify network/client related issues, drive resolution at scale.
3. On-hands experience with Aruba and Cisco wireless infrastructure with a controller architecture.

4. Experience with config gen tools and automating wireless deployments at scale.
5. In-depth knowledge about TCP/IP protocol stack and hands-on experience reviewing packet capture to isolate the protocol level issues.
6. Perform RF design and wireless site surveys in addition to analyzing RF surveys performed by others. On-hand experience with Ekahau survey tool.
7. Experience with identifying/alerting on Rogue WAPs or clients and isolate them as required.
8. Hands-on experience with wired networking protocols such as STP, VRRP, HSRP, OSPF and BGP.
