Job Description:
- We’re building the future of autonomous transportation, and effective workforce systems help our operational teams deliver reliable service.
- As a contract Data Analyst on the Workforce Management team within Operations, you will bring hands-on UKG Pro Workforce Management Advanced Scheduling expertise to assess and improve our existing scheduling configuration.
- You will work with WFM teammates, including schedulers, and technical partners to understand scheduling needs, review how UKG is currently configured, and identify opportunities to improve it.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review Existing UKG Configuration: Assess the current UKG Advanced Scheduling setup and how it supports operational scheduling needs. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve schedule generation.

- Analyze and Report: Analyze workforce and operational data to assess scheduling outcomes and identify relevant trends or gaps. Develop or update reports and dashboards as needed to support the configuration review and improvement work.
