Hybrid role - 3 days Onsite and 2 days Remote

Job Description:

  • Onsite Expectation: Hybrid, 3 days on-site
  • The Process Improvement team within Fleet Operations focuses on improving and scaling the operation.
  • Client is starting to emerge from its R&D phase and move into a commercial business.
  • The process team is responsible for helping guide how we do that most efficiently while providing a great customer experience.
  • The process team is looking at everything from how we reduce the number of handoffs between teams in the Fusion Center, to how we improve the quality of our responses, to how quickly we clean and repair vehicles and get them back on the road.
  • We look for operational improvements and ensure that the playbook is properly documented and robust.
  • This role supports playbook documentation and new process creation for teams within the fusion center and on-site hands-on with the robots.

In this role, you will:

  • Work cross-functionally to intake, document, and prioritize requests for process improvements and playbook updates from sources like ZPTs, ZPRGs, and operator-error-caused ADPIES events
  • Work across BaseOps, RemoteOps, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure projects are moving forward
  • Provide bi-weekly status updates to key stakeholders on process improvement initiatives
  • Support process documentation for the Fleet Operations org

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in program management, operational excellence, process improvement, or a related field
  • Experience developing operational efficiencies in remote operations or similar environments (i.e., call center, BPO, teleoperation, remote support centers, etc.).
  • Experience in a product-based operations environment.
  • Prior experience developing and using data and metrics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset and resourcefulness.
  • Computer literacy proficiency.
