Duties:

  • Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide procurement transformation initiatives focused on procurement orchestration, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled capabilities. This role is responsible for driving the planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of complex cross-functional projects that enhance procurement processes, streamline workflows, improve user experience, and deliver measurable business value. 
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale business and technology implementations, managing diverse stakeholder groups, and delivering projects on time and within budget. This individual will partner closely with Procurement, Finance, IT, Legal, HR, vendors, and business leaders to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and realization of project objectives. 

Skills:
Project Leadership & Delivery:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of procurement orchestration and GenAI-enabled transformation initiative, ensuring project is completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Establish project governance structures and facilitate steering committee, executive, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Track project progress and provide regular status reporting to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
  • Build strong relationships across Procurement, Finance, IT, Legal, HR, and functional business teams to drive alignment and decision-making.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and process design discussions.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts to maintain project momentum. 

Procurement Transformation:

  • Lead implementation of procurement orchestration and workflow solutions that improve operational efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams to ensure successful delivery of business and technology objectives.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify process improvement opportunities and define future-state workflows.
  • Ensure project deliverables align with business goals and operational requirements.

Vendor & Cross-Functional Team Management:

  • Manage relationships with implementation partners, consultants, and technology vendors.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources and ensure clear accountability for project deliverables.
  • Monitor vendor performance, project milestones, and contractual commitments.
  • Escalate and resolve project challenges to minimize impact on timelines and business objectives.

Change Management & Adoption:

  • Develop and execute change management strategies to support successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Coordinate communication, training, and readiness activities for impacted stakeholder groups.
  • Measure project success through defined KPIs, adoption metrics, and business outcomes.
  • Support transition to operations, including stabilization, post-implementation support, and lessons learned activities.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or Information Technology
  • 7+ years of project or program management experience leading enterprise technology or business transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-workstream projects with executive visibility.
  • Experience leading procurement orchestration, procurement technology, workflow automation, or digital transformation implementations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive decisions across multiple organizations.
  • Experience managing implementation partners, vendors, and cross-functional project teams.
