Job Description:

• Senior Infor LN Consultant – Plan to Deliver (P2D), Design to Release (DTR), and MES Integration
• Role Summary Seeking a senior-level Infor LN consultant to lead the Plan to Deliver, Design to Release, and MES integration workstreams for a complex manufacturing implementation.
• The consultant will work directly with customer stakeholders to design, configure, test, and deploy LN solutions while driving best practices and business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design sessions.
• Provide expertise in:
• Production Planning and Scheduling
• Manufacturing and Shop Floor Processes
• Inventory and Warehouse Management
• Engineering, BOMs, and Product Lifecycle Management
• Engineering Change and Release Processes
• Lead integration design between Infor LN and MES systems.
• Define and validate data flows for production orders, inventory transactions, material consumption, production reporting, and engineering changes.
• Create functional design documents, process flows, and test scripts.
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Work closely with project leadership, solution architects, technical teams, and customer business leaders.

Required Experience:

• 8+ years ERP consulting experience.
• 5+ years Infor LN implementation experience.
• Multiple full lifecycle Infor LN implementations.
• Strong experience in manufacturing, supply chain, planning, and engineering processes.
• Experience leading ERP-to-MES integrations in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with IPC (Infor Process Catalog)
• Strong customer-facing consulting and workshop facilitation skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Discrete manufacturing.
• Engineer-to-Order (ETO) or Configure-to-Order (CTO).
• Product lifecycle management and engineering change control.
• CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise (CSIE).
• Familiarity with ISA-95 manufacturing integration standards.
• Ideal Candidate:
• A senior Infor LN consultant who can independently lead P2D, DTR, and MES integration activities, drive customer decisions, and support the project through design, testing, deployment, and go-live.
