- Oversee GIS technical operations to ensure efficient data management and visualization practices.

- Ensure technical activities align with overall GIS strategies and organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address GIS technical requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for GIS technical operations.
- Develop specialized queries, maps, and reports to meet customer requirements and specifications.
- Perform application testing and document defects.
- Interface with end users to gather, document, and implement requested system enhancements and changes.
- Process, prepare, and convert data from various formats for integration into GIS applications.
- Perform QA/QC on versioned data before promoting it to the production environment.
- Strong proficiency with linear referencing techniques and concepts.
- Knowledge of the Utility and Pipeline Data Model (UPDM) is highly preferred.
- Experience working with utility and pipeline GIS environments is a plus.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working with GIS tools, databases, and methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Esri ArcGIS Pro.
- Advanced proficiency in Esri ArcGIS Desktop 10.2x.
- Advanced proficiency in Linear Referencing.
- Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Intermediate proficiency in Esri ArcGIS Enterprise.
- Intermediate proficiency in Utility Network.
- Intermediate proficiency in ModelBuilder.
- Intermediate proficiency in Python.
