Job Description:
Desired Qualifications:
- Deliver foundational training in mechanical concepts and techniques.
- Develop instructional materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
- Assist in assessing the learning progress of students and providing constructive feedback.
- Provide basic technical support and guidance to students during practical exercises.
- Collaborate with senior instructors to optimize training programs and materials.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering concepts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Patience and the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to the educational environment.
