Senior Agile Scrum Master

Hybrid role - 3 days Onsite and 2 days Remote

Job Description:

• The Scrum Master serves as a servant leader and Agile coach responsible for helping Agile teams consistently deliver value.
• The focus is on:
• Agile coaching
• Sprint execution
• Delivery planning
• Team collaboration
• Removing impediments
• Continuous improvement
• Jira administration and reporting

Primary Responsibilities:
Delivery Management:

• Partner closely with Project Managers
• Align sprint execution with project milestones
• Support forecasting and delivery planning
• Identify delivery risks
• Track dependencies
• Improve delivery predictability
• Balance quality, flow, and execution

Agile Coaching:
Coach teams on:

• Self-management
• Accountability
• Agile best practices
• Continuous improvement
• Ownership
• Collaboration
• Outcome-focused delivery

Work closely with:

• Product Owners
• Project Managers
• Business stakeholders
• Scrum Facilitation:
• Lead all Scrum ceremonies including:
• Sprint Planning
• Daily Standups
• Sprint Reviews
• Sprint Retrospectives

Also responsible for:

• Removing blockers
• Resolving impediments
• Driving measurable process improvements

Jira Ownership:

• Must be the team’s Jira expert.
• Responsibilities include:
• Jira boards
• Workflows
• Backlog management
• Sprint tracking
• Reporting
• Dashboards
• Delivery metrics
• Dependency visibility

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Strong Agile and Scrum experience
• Experience partnering with Project Managers
• Advanced Jira experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong facilitation skills
• Ability to influence teams without direct authority
