Job Description:

  • The ServiceNow Developer position is a crucial member of the IT Applications team at Client.
  • This individual will be responsible for providing operational user support for ServiceNow, emphasizing ITAM, ITOM, integrations, and flow designer.
  • As we continue to evolve and optimize our ServiceNow ecosystem, we require an adept professional who can navigate intricate process designs, custom integrations, and overall platform support.
  • In this role, the contractor will work hand-in-hand with the platform owner and architect, ensuring alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Champion and evangelize best practices for ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on ServiceNow, focusing on ITAM, ITOM, and integration capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with the platform owner and architect to design, develop, refine ServiceNow functionalities, and ensure the platform performs seamlessly and meets business needs.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, design workflows/processes, and deliver consistent support.
  • Partner with IT Applications Administrators to ensure ServiceNow performs seamlessly and meets business needs.
  • Dedicate time for continuous learning to remain updated with new ServiceNow modules and features, adapting to the company's growth trajectory.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive ServiceNow development and administration experience, ideally spanning 5+ years, focusing on ITAM, ITOM, integrations, Flow Designer, and Automated Testing Framework.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is a must.
  • Strongly desirable: Certification in Hardware or Software Asset Management.
  • Bonus: HR Service Delivery certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to orchestrate productive meetings, set clear user expectations, and evangelize ServiceNow best practices.
  • Stellar communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for translating complex concepts into digestible insights.
  • A pronounced sense of responsibility, fervor for the ServiceNow platform, and a drive for continuous evolution and learning.
