Title: Associate Engineer -  Spring Intership
Location: Saint Louis, MO
Duration: 6 Months


Job Description:

  • This program is designed to develop future professionals for our Capital projects execution team.  We are looking for individuals with the right mix of talent and enthusiasm with shown leadership skills, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team setting.

Key Outputs:

  • Monitor and maintain cost reports and ensure project budgets are controlled
  • Provide project controls oversight including risk and change management, cost assurance, scope management and stakeholder management
  • Monitor active projects for adherence to project management workflows and methodologies
  • Assist in preparation of documentation and specifications for new project submittals
  • Monitor and track equipment installation and construction activities related to capital project execution.
  • Develop tracking dashboards for project deliverables for portfolio management initiatives


  • St. Louis, MO
  • Job Assignments will be based in the corporate headquarters with opportunities to travel to manufacturing facilities across the country


  • Must be enrolled in a bachelor's or master's engineering degree program (i.e. Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, etc.) during the 6-month co-op program
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred

  • Effective communication skills
  • Analytical skills for data tracking and results analysis
  • Strong problem solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Collaborative and able to work in a cross functional team environment
  • Ability to deliver results on challenging assignments

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to work in a corporate site or a manufacturing site during the duration of the co-op
  • Willing to travel to Client factories and/or supplier locations throughout the US
