Job Description:

• Relocation not provided
• This position sits on-site in STL Monday – Friday, 7am - 3:30pm
• Quality Assurance and Client Analytical Laboratories department is comprised of talented individuals who possess a genuine love for pets and their families.

• As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll facilitate customer service requests and enter submitted data samples into the laboratory information management system (LIMS).
• Come prepared to solve problems and communicate with other departments.
• Act as the primary contact for internal and external customer service inquiries
• Manage Customer samples/project needs and serve as a liaison between customers and laboratory personnel
• Prioritize and manage submitted samples to ensure timely processing
• Assist customers in obtaining analytical data
• Receiving submitted samples and service requests 
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree OR 4+ years of related work experience
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service and/or administrative role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good collaboration and communication skills

Preferences:

• Bachelor’s degree specifically in a scientific or related field is preferred
• 1+ years of professional or academic experience in a science or laboratory related field is preferred
• Ability to lift 30-50 lb
• Previous experience in data entry
• Microsoft Windows suite experience (Excel, Word, Outlook).
