Job Description:

  • We most likely have the best Lead Manager and CRM for automobile dealerships in the world and now we have to sell it in the US to make it big.
  • We're bootstrapped but growing fast (~100% per year in the past 5 years) and the leading CRM for car dealerships in Spain.
  • With €6M in annual revenues and expansion in Italy, France, and Latin America, we’re now set to grow in the U.S. At Walcu, we value trust, impact, transparency, humor, and action.
  • No micromanagement—just a team of doers who take pride in their work.

About You

  • You speak fluent English and Spanish.
  • Sales are in English, but Spanish helps with internal collaboration.
  • You’re tech-savvy
  • You know the automotive industry and have SaaS sales experience.
  • You understand dealerships and how to connect with decision-makers.

Your Role

  • Engage dealerships—leverage your network and find new prospects.
  • Run product demos and guide prospects through their free trials.
  • Convert trials into long-term customers and maintain strong relationships.

Education Requirements
Skill Requirements

  • Must have 0-1years of experience in Spanish Specialization
  • Must have 3+years of experience in SaaS Sales Specialization

Employee Work Hours

  • Flexible with at least 4 hours of overlap with my time zone work hours
  • Flexible with at least two hours of overlap with my time zone work hours
