Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (EC-PY), Workforce, Learning Management System (LMS), and Onboarding 1.0 (ONB 1.0).
• The client is currently upgrading to Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0), so experience with ONB 2.0 will be a strong plus.
• This role will be 100% remote, supporting a client based in Mexico City, Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional and technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors EC, EC-PY, Workforce, LMS, and ONB 1.0/2.0.
• Support the client in the upgrade from Onboarding 1.0 to Onboarding 2.0 and ensure a smooth transition.
• Work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions aligned with best practices.
• Configure and implement SuccessFactors modules based on business needs.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system integrity.
• Provide user training and documentation for SuccessFactors modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionalities and performance.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support with a focus on Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (EC-PY), Workforce, and LMS.
• Experience with Onboarding 1.0 (ONB 1.0) and strong knowledge of Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0).
• Hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting SuccessFactors modules.
• Strong knowledge of HR business processes and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a remote environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with SuccessFactors upgrades and migrations.
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications in relevant modules.
• Experience working in global, remote teams.
