Who You Are

- 7+ years of experience in working ServiceNow developing and supporting activities various modules with Integrations.
- Experience with Event Management Module.
- Experience in Agent Workspace modifications for ITIL.
- Experience on Mid Server Configurations.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Efficient and Creative: You should be able to think creatively to find the optimal solution to problems.
What you’ll do:
Engineer filling this role will lead the effort in supporting and development activities under CX Service now Instance for Incident, Change Problem, CMDB, Event management and Software Asset Management modules. Should follow the sprint methodology for any deployment activity. Handle multiple team’s discussions for any development or support activity.
- Experience working with Event Management and Software Asset Management
- Experience working on CMDB and relationship mapping.
- Proficiency in Workspace Module and Reports.
- Working on JIRA portal
- SOAP/REST API Integration knowledge
