On-Site role

Job Description:

• This is a 12-month contract from the worker's start date.
• This role will be 100% onsite.
• There is an opportunity for this assignment to be extended or converted based on performance and budget.
• This will be a standard 8-hour day, 40 hours a week, but there might be potential OT.

Duties:

• We are seeking a skilled Engineering Technician II to join our team in Milpitas, United States.
• In this role, you will be involed in the development, testing, and debug of our next generation high capacity enterprise SSD's.
• Execute and maintain comprehensive system integration test plans and test cases
• Implement and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve integration issues and ensure system compatibility
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices in testing methodologies

Skills:

• Experience with SSD testing on Enterprise servers environment
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Strong background in system integration and interoperability testing
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python and Shell scripting
• Experience working with Windows and Linux OS's on servers

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in system integration testing or related field
