Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with application teams: Act as a liaison between the business stakeholders, application owners, and the CyberArk implementation team. Collaborate closely with various teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth integration of privileged ID management processes.
  • Gather details for CyberArk onboarding: Work closely with application teams to identify privileged accounts and collect relevant information such as account names, associated applications, and the level of access required. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data while adhering to established processes and policies.
  • Conduct requirements analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements. Document and prioritize these requirements, ensuring alignment with the overall CyberArk implementation strategy and security objectives.
  • Perform gap analysis: Identify any gaps or discrepancies in existing privileged ID management processes and propose solutions to bridge those gaps. Proactively identify potential risks and areas for improvement, suggesting enhancements to the overall CyberArk implementation.
  • Assist in testing and implementation: Support the testing and implementation phases of the CyberArk solution. Work closely with the application teams to ensure successful onboarding, testing, and validation of privileged IDs within the CyberArk environment.
  • Provide training and support: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop training materials and conduct training sessions to familiarize users with the CyberArk system and its functionalities. Provide ongoing support and assistance to end-users, addressing any questions or concerns related to privileged ID management.
  • Ensure compliance and security: Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and compliance requirements related to privileged ID management. Work with relevant teams to ensure adherence to security policies and implement appropriate controls within the CyberArk environment. 

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on CyberArk or privileged ID management.
  • Strong understanding of privileged ID concepts and their importance in cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with CyberArk or other similar privileged access management (PAM) solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, including application teams, IT teams, and business users.
  • Ability to gather and document requirements accurately and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks, regulations, and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, PCI-DSS, HIPAA) is a plus.
  • Certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) and CyberArk (e.g., CyberArk Defender, Sentry) are desirable
